LouAnn Birkett (CSCMP, FSCMP,) is of one of newest subject matter experts.
LouAnn has over 35 years experience in the public sector and retired as Purchasing Manager for the Regional Municipality of Durham in 2016. She focuses on competitive bidding, policy, and procedure development. In 2017, LouAnn was awarded the prestigious National Fellowship award. LouAnn has extensive teaching experience in teaching for the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association, the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi, Grand Erie District School Board, Municipality of Brockton, Town of Grand Valley, Town of Kincardine, Town of Orangeville, Regional Municipality of Durham, Sheridan College.
Outside of work, LouAnn enjoys golf and traveling.
